Your highland99 account password should be at least 8 characters long and combine uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols. Do not reuse the same password for highland99 and other accounts. Change your password at least once every three months for optimal security.
Highland99 offers two-step verification that sends an OTP to your Malaysian mobile number each time you log in from a new device. Enable this feature under Security Settings in your highland99 account for an added layer of protection against unauthorised access.
Avoid logging in to your highland99 account over public Wi-Fi at cafés, shopping malls or other public places. Unsecured public networks can expose your login credentials to malicious parties. Use mobile data or a trusted home Wi-Fi connection instead.
Always log out of your highland99 account when you are done playing — especially if you are using a shared device. Highland99 also provides an option to review all active login sessions and close sessions from unrecognised devices directly from your account's Security Settings.

The highland99 login process is built around two priorities at once: convenience and security. On the convenience side, highland99 lets you log in using either your username or your registered email address — no need to remember two separate things. On the security side, every highland99 login attempt is processed through a channel encrypted with 256-bit SSL, ensuring your login credentials cannot be intercepted by any third party.
One question the highland99 support team frequently receives is: "Do I need to log in every time I want to play?" The answer — if you are on a personal device and have enabled the "Remember me" function, highland99 will keep your session active so you do not need to enter your password each time. However, highland99 recommends against using this feature on a shared device, and to always log out after playing as a basic security measure.
When you successfully log in to your highland99 account, the first thing you will see is your personal dashboard. Your current account balance is displayed clearly alongside any active bonuses and their validity periods. If there are daily promotions you are eligible to claim — such as reload bonuses, free spins for selected slots, or cashback on EPL or Malaysian Super League football matches — they will all be clearly shown so you do not miss a single one.
Highland99 account security is a shared responsibility — between highland99 and you as a player. Highland99 safeguards the platform on the technical side with encryption, firewalls and intrusion detection systems running 24 hours a day. On your end, the most effective steps to protect your highland99 account include using a strong and unique password, enabling two-step verification, never sharing your login details with anyone, and ensuring you only log in through the official highland99 site at highland99.best.
It is important to note that highland99 will never ask for your account password via email, SMS, WhatsApp or live chat. If you receive any communication claiming to be from highland99 that requests your login details or password, do not respond — it is a phishing attempt. Contact the highland99 support team immediately to report it.
